Hello and Happy 2024! This spring will mark ten years since I founded Edible History. What started as an historical supper club in Brooklyn in 2014, has grown and evolved quite a bit over the last decade: from intimate pop-ups in pottery studios, to museum residencies, to raucous 100 person banquets, and most recently a book –
